Ampelozizyphus is a genus of plants in the family Rhamnaceae. It includes two species Ampelozizyphus amazonicus, which is known from Amazonian Peru, Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname, French Guiana, and Brazil, and , native to the central portion of the Coastal Cordillera of Venezuela.
