Amphicoecia phasmatica is a species of moth of the family Tortricidae found in China's Yunnan province.
The wingspan is 24–28 mm. The ground colour of the forewings is brownish cream, browner in the costal area and sprinkled with brownish and black-brown. The pattern is ill-defined and is brownish, dotted with black-brown, especially along the edges. The hindwings are cream, mixed with brownish.[2]
