Animal Boxing is a video game developed by Spanish studio Akaoni Studio.[1]

It was published by Destineer as a physical release[2] for all of the Nintendo DS family and by as a DSiWare digital title.[3][4]

The game involves boxing with over 50 various animals by using the touchscreen; the game is played with the DS held upside down so that the touchscreen is above.[5] In single player mode, players control a customizable human, while in multiplayer mode, which can be played with others using Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, they can control a human or an animal.[6]

Reception[]

The game was met with mainly mediocre reviews, receiving a 5.6 from IGN.[7] It was criticized for its simple gameplay, but was met with positive reception for its graphics.
