Anna Oleksandrivna Andres (Ukrainian: Анна Олександрівна Андрес, born 17 November 1993 in Lviv,[1] Ukraine) is a Ukrainian model, entrepreneur, fashion Influencer, winner of the beauty contest Miss Ukraine Universe 2014.

Biography[]

Anna Oleksandrivna Andres was born on 17 November 1993 in Lviv,[1] in the Ukrainian family with Polish and Russian roots.[2]

Family[]

Anna’s mother Victoria is a graphic designer, she works as an interior and exterior designer. Her father Olexandr has a law degree, he worked in the police. Anna’s parents divorced when she was 5 years old.[2]

Personal life[]

In July 2020, Anna married a French businessman David Barokas. The wedding ceremony took place in the five-star Hôtel Du Cap-Eden-Roc on the Côte d'Azur.[3][4]

In 2021 Anna had a son.[5][6]

Education[]

In 2010 she graduated from school and became “Vice-miss Lviv”.[7]

In 2016, Anna graduated from Lviv University of Trade and Economics (LTE) and received a law degree.[8]

Since 2018, she has studied jewelry business at the University of Arts: Central Saint Martins in London.[9][10]

Career[]

In 2010 Anna Andres became “Vice-miss Lviv”.[7] After this victory, Anna received offers of cooperation from model agencies in Kyiv, Milan, London and Shanghai.[1] During her studies, Anna concluded a contract with such model agencies as L Models (Kyiv)[11] and Bookings (London).[2]

In April 2014 Andres was on the cover of the L’officiel Ukraine magazine.[11]

On 6 June 2014 Anna became the winner of the beauty contest “Miss Ukraine Universe”.[12] After that, she has been actively engaged in charitable projects in Ukraine and cooperated with charity funds that provide assistance to the elderly and children who are settlers from the ATO zone in the Donbas.[13]

In September 2014 Andres had shoots for magazines GQ Russia[14] and GQ Mexico,[15] and in October she has been shooted for the American brand of evening dresses Sherri Hill in Texas.[16]

At the end of 2014, Anna refused to represent Ukraine ar the Miss Universe contest in the USA,[17] referring to personal circumstances (as an assumption, it happened because of her relationships as well as of studying in Cambridge (the UK), where she went for the period of the competition “Miss Universe”).[18]

Since 2016 she began working as TV host on the fashion TV channel known as HD Fashion,[19] she made reports from the fashion weeks in Milan and Paris, and the Cannes Film Festival.[1][8]

In 2017 Anna took part in the Arash clip shootings on the song "Dooset Daram" in a leading role.

In 2018 Anna Andres made a joint collaboration with a British brand Pritch London and created a clothing collection Pritch by Anna Andres.[20]

In April 2019 she founded a jewelry brand Anna Andres Jewelry.[21][22][23]

In 2021 Anna created a capsule collection of jewelry called SYNERGY in cooperation with the designer Valeria Kovalska.[24]
