Anna Teresa Jakubowska[1] (née Swierczewska) ps. Paulinka (born May 26, 1927, Warsaw) is a Polish World War II combatant and community activist, participant of the Warsaw Uprising.[2][3]
She was a member of the Chapter of the Order of Polonia Restituta.[1]
