Anoub, also known as Anoub of Scetis, was an Egyptian Christian monk who lived during the 4th and 5th centuries in Scetis, Lower Egypt. He was one of the Desert Fathers.[1]

Anoub was one of the seven brothers (disciples) of Poemen. They later moved to Terenuthis, Lower Egypt after Scetis was attacked by invaders in 408 A.D. Anoub served as the head of the new cenobitic community in Terenuthis.[2]
