Apoda limacodes, also known as the festoon, is a mainly nocturnal moth of the family Limacodidae. It is found in Europe, most commonly in Belgium and the Netherlands. The average wingspan of the moth is 20–30 mm. The moth usually flies between June and July.

The festoon mainly inhabits thick woodlands, and it is primarily nocturnal, but it will occasionally fly in the daytime.

The larvae are known to feed on oak and beech.
