Ardakan (Persian: اردكان, also Romanized as Ārdaḵān) is a city in and the capital of Sepidan County, Fars Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 16,212, in 3,534 families.[1]
History[]
The city was buried, with many deaths, during the 1972 Iran blizzard.[2]
