Armando Ruiz

Juan Armando Ruiz Hernández (born August 27, 1963) is a lawyer from Mexico City, who represented Mexico under the Alpine skiing discipline and was the only Mexican athlete at the 2006 Winter Paralympics in Turin when it was debuted. Then 21-year old Arly Velásquez joined him in representing Mexico in 2010 games in Vancouver, also an alpine skier.[1][2]
