Armen Amiryan (Armenian: Արմեն Ամիրյան) is an associate professor and the executive director of Public Radio of Armenia. On 21 September 2015, he was awarded the title of Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Armenia.[citation needed] Until his resignation , He worked as the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Armenia until he resigned on 2 May 2018.[1][2][3]
Career[]
In 2000, the National Radio of Armenia was renamed as Public Radio of Armenia, and A. Amiryan was reappointed to the position of the Executive Director of the PRA.[4]
In 1996, he founded the ArmenAkob cultural centre and Ar Radio Intercontinental.[5]
