Arte Al Limite

Arte Al Limite (AAL) is a bi-monthly Spanish-language magazine which focuses on trends in contemporary art. It was founded in 2002 by Ana María Matthei and is based in Santiago, Chile. The magazine also publishes a monthly free newspaper and a web portal.[1][2]

Publishing consists of free newspaper which monthly analyzes the Chilean and Latin American contemporary art and luxury collector's magazine[3] that represents and processes work of internationally significant contemporary artists, names like Chuck Close,[4] Barbara Kruger, Ernesto Neto, Bill Viola, Alfred Freddy Krupa,[5] Marina Abramović,[6] Vik Muniz,[7] Olafur Eliasson, Anish Kapoor, Dan Graham, Jaume Plensa and others. The magazine publishes on the bimonthly basis in Spanish and English.[8]

As part of its project, Arte al Limite also maintains a web platform and a virtual museum.[9]

The magazine Arte Al Limite is a respected curatorial[10] project that participates at important art fairs around the world[11][12] and has the status of reference literature.[13][14][15][16][17][18]
