Alasaba (Arabic: الأصابعة‎) is a Libyan town located in the Nafusa Mountains about 120km west of Tripoli. The town depends mainly on agriculture and is populated by many tribes.

The 16 main tribes are: 1- Awlad saiv elnaser 2- Awlad edres 3- Albsherat 4- Awlad mousa 5- Alhawamed 6- Awlad elhaj 7- Edoa 8- Awlad embarak 9- Aljbor 10- Awlad snaan 11- Awlad faraj 12- Awlad benena 13- Awlad mehalhel 14- Alshafara 15- Meska. 16- Alkhrum^{[citation needed]}
