Ashaga-Stal (Russian: Ашага-Стал) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative center of Ashaga-Stalsky Selsoviet, Suleyman-Stalsky District, Republic of Dagestan, Russia. The population was 2,849 as of 2010.[2] There are 72 streets.[3]

Ashaga-Stal is located 185 km (115 mi) southeast of Makhachkala[4] and 5 km (3.1 mi) northeast of Kasumkent (the district's administrative centre) by road. Orta-Stal is the nearest rural locality.[5]
