Aspasia Papathanasiou (Greek; Ασπασία Παπαθανασίου, 20 October 1918 – 8 June 2020) was a Greek stage actress, director and writer.

Life[]

Born in Amfissa, Greece, in 1918,^[1][2] she worked at the Peiraiko Theatro. In 1991 she became an Officier of the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres.^[1]

Aspasia Papathanasiou died on 8 June 2020, aged 101.^[3]
