Athrips patockai is a moth of the family Gelechiidae. It is found in Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania, Ukraine[1] and Russia.

The wingspan is 15–17 mm. The forewings are covered with black, grey-tipped scales and there are two dark spots at about one-third and two smaller spots at about two-thirds. The hindwings are light grey. Adults are on wing from May to July.

The larvae feed on between spun leaves.[2]
