The Auchlochan Collieries were several collieries in Auchlochan and Coalburn, South Lanarkshire, Scotland.[2][3] Production started in 1894 and ended in 1968 when it closed.[4] They were served at Auchlochan Platform railway station, part of the Coalburn Branch of the Caledonian Railway.[5][6] 8 people were killed at the collieries.[7]
