Auster Point

Auster Point (

63°49′S 59°28′W / 63.817°S 59.467°W / -63.817; -59.467Coordinates: 63°49′S 59°28′W / 63.817°S 59.467°W / -63.817; -59.467) is a headland midway along the east shore of Charcot Bay, Trinity Peninsula. It was named by the UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee after the Auster aircraft used by British expeditions in this area.
