Bangla Manthar is a small town in the Punjab province of Pakistan. It is also known as Manthar and Manthar Bangla.

It is about 32.4 km away directly from Rahim Yar Khan city. There is a direct road link between Rahim Yar Khan and Bangla Manthar. It is about 19.4 km away from Sadiqabad city (with direct road link). There is a very close mill of ethanol, called "United Ethanol Mill Limited", about 3 km away from Bangla Manthar on Sadiqabad-Bangla Manthar Road. Manthar contains an historic bangla type building which is now deteriorated. Main stream canal along with a small canal pass from manthar. It provides living-hood to a number of people living beside it. Rural Health Centre of Manthar is now inaugurated to provide more facilities.

A number of well-known market and towns are now emerging over there.
