Baranów [baˈranuf] (German: Baranow, 1939–1945: Rundstätt) is a village in Kępno County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Baranów.[1] It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) south-east of Kępno and 147 km (91 mi) south-east of the regional capital Poznań.

The village has a population of 1,500.
