Bass is a municipal committee town and Sub-district (Tehsil) on Bhiwani–Jind Road in Narnaund as its Vidhan Sabha constituency and subdivision in Hisar district in the Indian state of Haryana. Earlier Bass was under subdivision Hansi. Now Bass has a police station under Police District Hansi.[2][1] It is approximately 25 km from Hansi, 30 km from Jind, 39 km from Bhiwani, 59 km from Hisar and 144 km from Delhi.[1] Bass is situated in the geometrical centre of Haryana. If it is planned as 'Capital of Haryana' by Government of Haryana, it would be most beneficial to all the people of all the regions of Haryana.
