Bautista Saubidet Birkner (born November 28, 1995) is an Argentine sailor.

He placed 21st in the men's RS:X event at the 2016 Summer Olympics. He also took gold in the RS:X event at the 2019 Lima. [1][2] He is 5 times South American Champion (2010, 2011, 2017, 2019 and 2020) and European Champion (2013).

He started windsurfing at the age of 11. He won his first major competition in 2010, at the South American Championships. In that same year he qualyfied for the first Youth Olympic Games (YOG) in Singapore, where he finished 7th. Then in 2011 he achieved his first bronze at the Youth European Championship. Finally, in 2013 he managed to become RS:X Youth European Champion, and also bronze medalist at the RS:X Youth World Championships. After finishing his youth career in 2013, he began his career as a professional athlete in 2014, finishing 9th at the ISAF Sailing World Cup in Miami. In 2015 he managed to enter the ISAF Sailing World Cup Final in Abu Dhabi, where he finished 8th. In that same year he was 5th at the RS:X World Championships in the U21 division. After he turned pro in 2014, he has been crowned South American Champion three times, in 2017, 2019 and 2020.

After he finished his 2016 Summer Olympics, he started his degree in Business Administration at Universidad de San Andrés, where he finished his career in 2020.
