Beaver Creek (Little Piney Creek tributary)

Beaver Creek is a stream in Phelps County, Missouri.[1] It is a tributary of Little Piney Creek.

Coordinates: 37°54′11″N 91°51′40″W / 37.90306°N 91.86111°W / 37.90306; -91.86111.[1] The stream headwaters are in southern Phelps County north of Lecoma in northwest Dent County. The stream flows north parallel to U. S. Route 63 past Vida and turns west crossing under Route 63 about four miles south of Rolla. The stream's confluence with the Little Piney Creek is about 3.5 miles west-northwest of the Route 63 bridge.[2]

Beaver Creek was so named on account of beaver dams on its course.[3]
