Bebearia maledicta, the maligned forester, is a butterfly in the family Nymphalidae. It is found in Sierra Leone, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, western Nigeria, Cameroon and the Republic of the Congo.[2] The habitat consists of forests.
