The Bernard-Hoover Boathouse is a historic building located in James Madison Park, Madison, Wisconsin. The boat house is the oldest standing boathouse on Lake Mendota.[2] It is currently owned by the City of Madison. Since 1975, the Hoover Boathouse been home to Mendota Rowing Club. [3]

The boathouse was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1981.[1]
