Bertie O'Brien (born 1951) is an Irish former Gaelic footballer who played as a goalkeeper for the Cork senior team.

O'Brien joined the panel during the 1974 championship and was the regular substitute goalkeeper until he left the panel after the 1979 championship. During that time he won one Munster medal as a non-playing substitute.[1]

At club level O'Brien is a dual All-Ireland medalist with St Finbarr's. In addition to this he has also won two Munster medals each in both codes as well as a combined total of six county club championship medals in both codes.[2][3]
