Beverly J. Shamana

Beverly J. Shamana(November 4, 1939 – August 1, 2021) was a bishop in The United Methodist Church, elected and consecrated to the Episcopacy in 2000.

Born November 4, 1939, Bishop Beverly J. Shamana graduated from Occidental College with a B.A. in choral conducting and music education in 1961. She received an M.Div. from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary in 1980.
