Biel [bjɛl] (German: Weißensee)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Reszel, within Kętrzyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[2] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) west of Reszel, 20 km (12 mi) west of Kętrzyn, and 49 km (30 mi) north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
