Biskupiec [bisˈkupjɛt͡s] (German: Bischofswerder)[1] is a village in Nowe Miasto County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Biskupiec.[2]

Biskupiec lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) north-west of Nowe Miasto Lubawskie and 80 km (50 mi) south-west of the town of Olsztyn and 100 km (62 mi) south-east of the regional metropole of Gdańsk.

The village has a population of 1,927.
