Black Ink Crew: Chicago is an American reality television series that airs on VH1 and debuted on October 26, 2015. It is the Chicago-based spin-off of Black Ink Crew. It chronicles the daily operations and staff drama at an African American owned and operated tattoo shop, 9MAG, located in Chicago, Illinois.^[1] On November 8, 2019, it was announced that the sixth season will premiere on December 4, 2019.^[2] On August 30, 2021, it was announced that the seventh season will premiere on October 4, 2021.^[3]
