Robert "Bob" Outterside AO (born 6 March 1932) was a rugby union player who represented Australia.

Outterside, a number 8, was born in Sydney and claimed a total of 2 international rugby caps for Australia.

Away from football, Outterside was also a successful teacher and school administrator, rising to become principal of Sydney Boys High School.[2] In 1990 he was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia (AO) for service to education.[3]
