Bogucin [bɔˈɡut͡ɕin] German: Hammer) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Swarzędz, within Poznań County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north-west of Swarzędz and 8 km (5 mi) north-east of central Poznań. It lies just outside Poznań's city boundaries, on the main road to Gniezno.

The village has a population of 1,012.
