Boilermakers' Society of Australia was a trade union in Australia, active from 1937 to 1965.[verification needed] It merged with in 1965 to form the Boilermakers and Blacksmiths Society of Australia. [1] [2] [3]

A court case that the union brought, R v Kirby; Ex parte Boilermakers' Society of Australia, resulted an important judgement about separation of powers in Australia.
