Bouq Émissaire

Bouq Émissaire is a raw milk goat cheese with an ash-covered rind[1] made by of Châteauguay, Quebec, Canada.[2] It is aged by of Brigham, Quebec. The name is a misspelling of the French term for "scapegoat".
