Breaking Down the Bars is an American documentary television series on the Oprah Winfrey Network. The series debuted on October 13, 2011.[1]
Premise[]
The series follows a group of female prisoners during their time at the Rockville Correctional Facility with Dr. Stephanie Covington helping them with their journey to reach personal goals.[2]
