Brice Armstrong
Brice Weeks Armstrong (January 3, 1936 – January 10, 2020) was an American anime voice actor who primarily worked on the properties of Funimation.[1] He was also known for being the voice Miss Etta Kate in Barney & Friends.

Brice Armstrong died on January 10, 2020, a week after his 84th birthday. His cause of death hasn't been revealed yet.
