Brier Icefalls
The Brier Icefalls (80°15′S 155°36′E / 80.250°S 155.600°ECoordinates: 80°15′S 155°36′E / 80.250°S 155.600°E) are icefalls about 150 metres (500 ft) high and 5 nautical miles (9 km) wide at the east side of Vantage Hill in the Britannia Range. They were named after of the , National Science Foundation, who was Facilities, Engineering and Construction Program Manager for renovation of facilities at McMurdo Station and for South Pole Station Modernization, 1995–2001.[1]
