Brilley is a small village in Herefordshire, England, close to the border with Wales. It lies about 8 km (5 mi) north-east of the Welsh border town of Hay-on-Wye. In 1968 a new building was built to be a primary school, located nextdoor to the village hall; this school was closed in 2007 due to low student numbers, and later demolished in 2014 to expand the carpark for the village hall.[1]
