Brzeźno [ˈbʐɛʑnɔ] (German: Briesen) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Skoki, within Wągrowiec County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south-west of Skoki, 20 km (12 mi) south of Wągrowiec, and 29 km (18 mi) north-east of the regional capital Poznań.
