Bucculatrix litigiosella is a moth in the family Bucculatricidae. It was described by Philipp Christoph Zeller in 1875. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Texas.

The wingspan is 7–8 mm. The forewings are pale ocherous, the markings a shade darker. The tips of the scales are brown. The hindwings are pale grey.

The larvae probably feed on Quercus species.[2]
