Bursztych (Polish: [ˈburʂtɨx]; German: Aussendeich) was a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kwidzyn, within Kwidzyn County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lied approximately 11 km (7 mi) north-west of Kwidzyn and 63 km (39 mi) south of the regional capital Gdańsk.

Bursztych is now part of Janowo.
