KJSSS FC, which was founded in 2012 and managed by Coach Abbey went through various hands of Technical Staff such as Coach Ayiekho Lukula and others until January 2019 when Coach Abbey Kikomeko Bogere was re-appointed as the Club head Coach, replacing Coach Ayiekho Lukula and Mugerwa Hassan Takoowa appointed the Club chief executive Officer. Hassan Takoowa and Coach Abbey formed a good partnership that led the Club to finishing 4th in the 2019/20 Season. Currently, Hassan Takoowa replaced Diana Hope Nyago, as the Club Chairman having steered the Club through the relegation struggles of 2020/21 Season where the Club survived by a whisker due to good management and the skilled technical team headed by Coach Abbey Kikomeko Bogere.
