"Call It Love" is a song by British pop group Deuce, released in 1994 as their debut single from the album, On the Loose!. It was a major hit, peaking at number 7 in Scotland, number 11 in the UK[1] and number 14 in Ireland. Outside Europe, it was a huge hit in Israel, where it reached number-one. A music video was made to accompany the song. It features a cameo by Tony Mortimer from East 17.
Critical reception[]
Pan-European magazine Music & Media commented, "A big hit on British turf, Deuce's ace is finally hitting the Continent's baseline."[2] James Hamilton from Music Week's RM Dance Update described it as "Abba-ishly sung cantering".[3] Pop Rescue declared it as a "perfect pop gem".[4]
