Capriocornites is a genus of rutoceratids (Nautiloidea - Cephalopoda) from the Devonian, related to such genera as and Goldringia.

In some taxonomies (Manda & Turek, 2009) the Rutoceratidae are included in the Oncocerida rather than in the Nautilida
