Carbyne is a public safety technology company that has developed a call handling ecosystem, which delivers advanced IP-enabled communication features and caller solutions.^{[buzzword][1]} Their end-to-end digitized NG911 ecosystem brings all available data sources for emergency services into one response system.^[2][3] It was founded by Amir Elichai in 2014, the inspiration for which came from his personal experience involving 911.^{[4][5][6][1][7]}

Carbyne has raised $40 million in external funding.^[6][2][8] Investors in Carbyne include Founders Fund, Elsted Capital Partners, FinTLV and Kraft Group among others.^{[5][9][10][11][12]}

Carbyne was previously known as Reporty^{[13][14][15][16]} and has raised $40 million funding. ^{[17][18][19][20][21][22][23]} In 2015, the company offered services through an app "C-Now".^{[24][20][25][26][27][28][29]} In 2018, the company released the product named "C-Lite" that connects directly to 911 services which lets PSAP's (Public Safety Answering Point)^[30][31] to send links at the time of emergency.^[17][19][32]

Winbourne Consulting has partnered with Carbyne^[31] which will help the users with NG911 solutions^[buzzword] at the time of emergency.^[31][33] The emergency calls include live video streaming, location detection, and Voice Over IP information sources.^{[24][34][14][35][27]}
