Carlos Rosado (born September 8, 1975 in Mexico City, Mexico) is a retired Mexican wide receiver in American football who played in NFL Europe for the Barcelona Dragons and the Amsterdam Admirals from 1998 through 2004. He also played preseason with the New York Jets during 2003.[2]

Carlos Rosado works as a Football Analyst for Fox Sports Latin America.

On April 1, 2008, he was named the new Commissioner of ONEFA, the Mexican College Football League. He has also worked as color analyst for Fox Sports and has a sportswear shop.[3]
