Cecil C. Brown (born June 22, 1944) is an American politician. He was a member of the Mississippi House of Representatives from the 66th District, from 1999 to 2015. He is a member of the Democratic Party.[1] He was elected to the Mississippi Public Service Commission in 2015 with 53% of the vote.[2] In 2019, he stated he wouldn't seek reelection.[3]
