Celithemis martha, or Martha's pennant, is a species of skimmer in the dragonfly family Libellulidae. It is found in North America.[2][3][4][5] This species is named in honor of entomologist .[6]

The IUCN conservation status of Celithemis martha is "LC", least concern, with no immediate threat to the species' survival. The population is stable. The IUCN status was reviewed in 2017.[4][7][8]
