Central Pattana Public Company Limited (CPN) (Thai: เซ็นทรัลพัฒนา จำกัด (มหาชน), IPA: [sentʰran pʰáttʰánaː]) is Thailand's largest retail property development and investment company. It is a business unit under its parent, the Central Group. Central Pattana was founded as Central Plaza Co., Ltd. on 17 June 1980 with registered capital of 300 million baht by Central Group, the Techapaiboon family, Saha Union Group, and minor shareholders.[4] The company was registered as a public limited company in 1994 and was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on 1 March 1995.[1] Mr. Preecha Ekkunagul is president and CEO.[5]: 248–249
Properties[]
CPN, in 2018, manages 33 shopping centers under the brands CentralWorld, CentralPlaza, CentralFestival, and Central Village. It also manages 7 office buildings, 2 hotels, 1 residential project and 3 condominium projects under the brand “Escent”. The company currently has 2 new projects under construction, namely CentralPlaza Ayutthaya and CentralPlaza Si Ratcha, both located in Thailand.
Central Village Suvarnabhumi, CPN's first outlet mall near Suvarnabhumi Airport opened on August 31, 2019. A joint-venture project, Mitsubishi Estate Asia holds 30% and co-managed the mall's operations with CPN.[6]
Central i-City in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia, which is CPN's first shopping center overseas, opened on March 23, 2019.

CPN operates 52 shopping centers across Thailand. Including 3 super-regional malls, 31 regional malls, 14 neighborhood malls, 1 art-tainment mall, and 3 specialty malls.
Residential[]
CPN Residence also develops residential projects in CPN shopping malls including hotels, condominiums, homes, and offices.
Future projects[]
CPN plans to develop 5 new shopping centers in 2025. Including Central Ayutthaya, Central Si Racha, Central Chanthaburi, Central Siam Square, and Dusit Central Park
