Chakhokhbili
Chakhokhbili (Georgian: ჩახოხბილი) is a traditional Georgian[1][2][3][4][5] dish of stewed chicken, tomato with fresh herbs.
Its name comes from the Georgian word ხოხობი (khokhobi) which means pheasant.[6]
