"Chant No. 1 (I Don't Need This Pressure On)" is a song by the English new wave band Spandau Ballet, released in July 1981 as the first single from their second album, Diamond.

The song became their third top ten hit in the United Kingdom, peaking at No. 3 on the UK Singles Chart.[2] The song also charted highly in Ireland and France, where it reached numbers 9 and 10, respectively. On the U.S. Disco Top 80 chart, "Chant No. 1" reached the top 20 and was the group's highest entry on this chart.[3]
